Role Description

Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
secure APIs and services
for web and web3 workloads.
Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate APIs and server-side logic.
Own
system reliability, monitoring, and scaling
for high-performance apps.
Implement
authentication, caching, and messaging queues
to optimize workflows.
Conduct thorough testing, logging, and debugging to ensure a
robust backend environment
.
Follow
OWASP security practices
and industry standards for data protection.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in
Node.js with Express or NestJS
and
TypeScript
.
Hands-on experience with
PostgreSQL/MySQL, MongoDB
, and ORMs such as
Prisma/TypeORM
.
Strong knowledge of
authentication (JWT/OAuth), caching (Redis), queues (Bull/Kafka/RabbitMQ), and WebSockets
.
Familiarity with
testing (Jest), logging/metrics, Docker
, and
secure coding practices
.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver
reliable, maintainable code
.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with
