About the Role: We’re looking for a highly motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for digital marketing and a proven track record in lead generation, sales conversion, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, content creation, etc.) Pitch customized marketing solutions to potential clients based on their industry and goals Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through research, outreach, and follow-ups Work closely with the digital marketing team to craft strategic proposals and quotations Conduct discovery meetings with clients to understand their challenges and align services accordingly Meet and exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meetings booked, and conversions Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports to management Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends Proven experience in client acquisition and sales Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) is a plus Ability to work independently and in a team environment Show more Show less
