Role: BA - RPA
Technical Knowledge/Skills
o Understanding of how RPA technologies interface with business applications
o Strong knowledge on SDLC / Agile Methodology
o Previous exp. In project management applications and softwares such as JIRA, Service Now, Confluence, version Control tools, etc.
o Must have excellent hands-on MS Project, MS Visio and MS Office Suite
o Deep understanding of technology
o BRD, PDD, User Manual- Process Documentation
o Requirement gathering, UAT, Experience in test creation
Qualifications
o Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science
o Post Graduates with technical degrees will be preferred

o Strong problem solving skills - able to think clearly under pressure
o Ability to work with both business and IT staff in a pressured environment
