Our client is hiring Quality Analyst (Salesforce)

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive end-to-end QA strategy for Salesforce multi-cloud projects
  • Review test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and quality metrics
  • Lead manual and automation testing (UI, API, Integration, Data Migration)
  • Validate Apex, Triggers, LWC, Flows, and Salesforce configurations
  • Test integrations between Salesforce and ERP/third-party systems
  • Drive UAT, defect triage, RCA, and release readiness
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Copado, Azure DevOps)
  • Mentor QA analysts and ensure quality governance

Required Skills

  • Salesforce Testing (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
  • Automation Tools: Provar / ACCELQ / Copado RT / Selenium / Katalon
  • API & Integration Testing (REST/SOAP)
  • Data Migration & SQL Validation
  • Test Management: JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail
  • Agile / Scrum Methodology
  • CI/CD & DevOps Integration

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Admin Certification (Mandatory)
  • Salesforce App Builder (Preferred)
  • Provar / Copado Certification
  • Performance Testing (JMeter / LoadRunner)
  • CPQ / FSL / Vlocity Testing
  • AI-driven testing exposure

Education

  • B.E / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
