Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead our business development initiatives and lead a high-performing sales team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth at a strategic level. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership qualities and extensive experience in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Prospecting & Business Development:

○ Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and secure large-scale clients.

○ Lead high-level prospecting efforts and oversee the generation of qualified leads.

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

○ Lead and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and performance oversight.

○ Set sales targets, monitor progress, and drive team performance to achieve revenue goals.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

○ Establish and manage relationships with senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.

○ Lead negotiations and contract discussions for high-value deals.

Pipeline Management & Forecasting:

○ Oversee sales pipelines, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely deal closures.

○ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● 4+ years of experience in B2B sales.

● Proven ability to close large, complex deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.

● Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

● In-depth knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, or logistics sectors.

● Master's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
