B2B Sales Manager

Job Description:
Smaart Card is seeking motivated and dynamic B2B Sales Executives to join our growing team. This role requires individuals who are passionate about outdoor sales and capable of achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and managing corporate accounts across both B2B and B2C segments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential corporate clients
• Pitch and sell Smaart Card solutions to B2B and B2C customers
• Maintain client relationships and ensure post-sale support
• Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting KPIs
• Conduct field visits and follow-ups as required
• Collaborate with internal teams for customer onboarding and satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in B2B and/or outdoor sales (1+ year preferred)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Bachelor's degree preferred
