Position Type: Full-time, Back Office Role Gender: Male/Female About the Role: Smaart Card is looking for enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team as Relationship Executives . This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, have a strong understanding of computers and software, and enjoy engaging in both B2B and B2C interactions. Key Responsibilities: Cold calling to generate leads and build business relationships Effective communication with clients and partners Managing B2B and B2C customer queries Supporting sales and client relations from the back office Requirements: Basic to intermediate knowledge of computers and software Excellent verbal communication skills Experience or interest in B2B/B2C communication and sales Positive attitude and ability to work independently Training Period: 1 to 2 weeks (on-site training provided) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹9,453.73 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 8866315354
