Job Title: Relationship Officer – Retail Loans & Credit Cards Bank: Axis Bank (On-roll / Third-Party Payroll as applicable) Location: Bangalore – Multiple Branches Salary: ₹20,000 Gross + Attractive Incentives (Up to ₹1 Lakh/month) Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduates Preferred) Languages: Fluent in Kannada or English Experience: Freshers or candidates with Sales/Customer Service background preferred Job Overview Axis Bank is hiring Relationship Officers for its Retail Loan Division (Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan & Credit Card). You will be stationed inside Axis Bank branches, interacting with walk-in customers and leads provided directly by the branch team — no field work involved. Key Responsibilities Attend walk-in and referred customers for Home Loan, Personal Loan, Auto Loan, and Credit Card products. Explain product features, eligibility, and documentation clearly to customers. Coordinate with branch staff and backend teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Follow up with customers for document collection and application closures. Achieve monthly disbursal and card issuance targets (performance-linked incentives). Maintain excellent customer service and relationship management standards.
