Designation: Relationship Executive Department: Sales & Customer Relationship Job Type: Full Time Location: Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Kozhikode, Palakkad, Kottayam, Idukki, Kannur, Thrissur, Kollam Work Mode: Field Job Shift: Day Shift Openings: 300 Salary: ₹19,000 – ₹21,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives up to ₹6,000 Benefits: ESI, PF, and Insurance Education: Minimum 12th Pass Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers can apply) Language Required: Tamil (Basic English preferred) Gender: Male / Female – Both can apply Age Limit: 18 to 30 years Work Area: Entire City Region Job Description:As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and promoting suitable credit card products. Key Responsibilities: Approach and engage walk-in customers at partner stores or kiosks. Explain the features, benefits, and usage of different credit cards. Assist customers with the application process and required documentation. Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets. Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide accurate and updated information about products and offers. Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic English understanding with fluency in Tamil.
