EVRise Finance (www.evrisefinance.com) is a clean mobility FinTech based in Delhi that enables electric mobility businesses to access institutional capital efficiently. We work with various Banks, NBFCs, and Fund Houses to help them assess and disburse capital to businesses in logistics, charging, and battery segments within the EV ecosystem.

Founded in 2024 by Sumeet Gambhir (ex-ICRA, Mobikwik, Indifi, Cardekho), EVRise Finance is building a greener future by empowering electric vehicle businesses through innovative financial solutions.

Role Description

We are looking for a Relationship Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with our clients, channel partners, and stakeholders across the EV ecosystem. The role requires excellent communication skills, relationship management abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of clean mobility and financial services, contributing to India’s green finance movement.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, dealers, and channel partners in the EV ecosystem

· Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and support

· Identify client needs and provide appropriate financial solutions

· Support in client onboarding, documentation, and loan processing follow-ups

· Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve queries or issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or related fields

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Relationship Management / Sales / Customer Service in Financial Services or related sectors
  • Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply

Skills & Requirements

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong relationship-building and customer-handling abilities

· Understanding of basic financial and lending concepts

· Proficiency in MS Office

· Target-oriented, self-driven, and proactive

· Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment

· Interest in clean mobility and electric vehicles will be a plus

Compensation

  • Fixed CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 LPA
  • Performance-based incentives
