Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Source new LAP customers through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and revenue goals as per business requirements.
  • Work closely with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents), brokers, and other partners for lead generation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Familiarity with mortgage finance programs and community-based lending initiatives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and loan processing systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, enabling more inclusive service to a diverse client base.
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in LAP, home loans, mortgage lending.
  • Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulatory requirements, and lending practices, especially within the affordable housing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and achieve sales targets.
