This is a full-time on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive, located in Noida. The B2B Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing client portfolios, and negotiating contracts. The role involves regular meetings with clients, both existing and potential, to understand their needs and present Kick Chef’s service offerings. Additionally, the executive will need to ensure timely follow-ups and manage client feedback effectively.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in hospitality sales, with at least 2 years in a similar role
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of hotel sales, F&B, or event management.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in sales analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the region (up to 50%).
Experience in Hospitality Industry, IT Sales and similar etc.
