Key Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and develop new B2B clients across the state. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business. Plan and execute sales visits, product demonstrations, and presentations. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned. Negotiate terms of business and close profitable deals. Provide regular sales reports, market updates, and competitor analysis to management. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution. Travel extensively across Kerala for client visits and business development. Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PG in Sales & Marketing is an added advantage). Age: Preferably 30 – 40 years. Experience: 3–6 years of proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in hygienics, FMCG, packaging, or related industries). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the state. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
