Role Overview

B2B Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert potential B2B clients aligned with dau’s service offerings.
  • Conduct discovery calls, meetings, and presentations to understand client requirements and pitch digital solutions effectively.
  • Prepare customized

    proposals, quotations, and decks

    based on client briefs and pain points.
  • Manage the

    end-to-end sales cycle

    —from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (strategy, tech, creative, content) to align pitches and timelines.
  • Track sales metrics, maintain pipeline updates via CRM tools, and ensure high conversion efficiency.
  • Stay updated on

    industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs

    to tailor outreach and positioning.
  • Ensure a seamless

    handover to the client servicing team

    post-closure and maintain early-stage relationship continuity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a

    digital marketing agency or service-led business

    .
  • Understanding of digital solutions across SEO, Performance Marketing, Web Design, and Social Media.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and

    consultative selling skills

    .
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a

    target-driven environment

    .
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in client acquisition and

    proposal development

    .
  • Exposure to international markets or cross-border sales is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking to identify client pain points and position solutions accordingly.
  • A

    client-first mindset

    and ability to collaborate with delivery teams post-acquisition.
