Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Ghaziabad. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business clients, building long-term relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic B2B sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential business clients through research, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule meetings and present company products/services to prospective corporate clients.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and pricing structures.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Stay updated with industry trends, market competition, and product developments.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA preferred; additional business/sales certifications are a plus).
• 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or institutional sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is a must; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
