B2B Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in non-IT sectors through active lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Develop strong relationships with HR managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs.
• Present tailored recruitment solutions to potential clients and negotiate service agreements.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process – from initial outreach to closing deals.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with delivery/recruitment teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity within the non-IT recruitment space.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of B2B sales experience in recruitment services, preferably within non-IT sectors (e.g., Jewellery, retail, D2C).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong networking abilities and a client-focused attitude.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
