RESPONSIBILITIES : Identify & pursue new B2B Sales opportunities in the market. Promote & SELL products & Services offered by Pearl Coating. Build & maintain relationships with existing & potential clients. Provide detailed information about products/ services to customers. Prepare & present sales Report, including sales volume & potential sales forecasts. attend networking events & industry conferences to generate leads. work closely with the customer service & marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. provide feedback to management regarding customer needs & trends. Monitor competitors & identify opportunities for business Growth. Requirements: *Proven experience as a B2B Sales Executive or a similar role(1-5 yrs) *Excellent Communication & Negotiation skills. *Strong knowledge of market research & sales principles. * Ability to establish & leverage professional networks. *Self Motivated , target Driven & able to work independently or as part of team. *Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
