Position: B2B Sales Executive
Location: Saudi Arabia
Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, building strong business relationships, and identifying sales opportunities across industries. Your efforts will directly support our expansion in the region and strengthen our presence in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities to grow revenue and expand the corporate client base.
  • Develop and execute effective lead generation and outreach strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Engage with decision-makers at prospective client organizations to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and commercial offers.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to maximize customer lifetime value.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategy.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent the company at corporate events, trade shows, and networking forums to promote brand awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the financial services or corporate solutions sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen and a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage.
  • Deep understanding of the Middle East B2B market landscape is preferred.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a plus.
