Job Title: Team Lead – Accounts Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-focused Team Lead – Accounts to join our finance team in Ernakulam. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong accounting background, excellent Excel skills, and experience in managing a small team. The selected individual will oversee day-to-day accounting activities, ensure accuracy and compliance across client accounts, and contribute to financial reporting and tax preparations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise the accounts team to ensure efficient and accurate execution of daily tasks Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports prepared by team members Manage multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery Act as the point of contact for client communications, including data collection and issue resolution Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal control procedures Assist with the preparation and finalization of financial statements, tax returns, and supporting documents Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com, CA Inter, or CMA Inter Experience: 2–3 years in accounting or a related role Solid understanding of accounting principles and applicable regulations Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis Strong communication and team management skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented, with a proactive and solution-driven mindset Benefits: Health Insurance Provident Fund Work Location: Ernakulam Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
