Title: B2B Sales Executive: B2B Sales Manager / Directors Location: HO, Ahmedabad


Role Overview

The B2B Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving Betterwater’s growth by acquiring and managing institutional, commercial, and residential project-based clients. This role focuses on engaging architects, MEP consultants, developers, and businesses to integrate Betterwater’s subscription-based water solutions into their projects. The ideal candidate will be relationship-driven, target-oriented, and strategic, with strong networking and negotiation skills to close high-value partnerships.

Role Importance

This role is the revenue powerhouse for Betterwater’s B2B vertical. By building strong relationships with industry stakeholders and securing long-term contracts, the B2B Sales Specialist ensures Betterwater’s solutions become an integral part of residential and commercial infrastructures. Their ability to position Betterwater as a premium, hassle-free subscription model drives brand credibility, opens scalable distribution channels, and creates consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)


Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with builders, developers, architects, and consultants.
  • Represent Betterwater at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of institutional and corporate clients.

Client Engagement & Conversion

  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations tailored to client needs.
  • Develop proposals and partnership models that fit Betterwater’s subscription framework.
  • Achieve sales targets by closing deals across residential and commercial projects.

Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (architects, developers, MEP consultants).
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through smooth handover to the operations team post-installation.
  • Leverage referrals and repeat business through trust-based engagement.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to align B2B targets with overall company goals.
  • Provide on-ground insights about market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design sector-specific campaigns and pitch materials.

Reporting & CRM

  • Maintain accurate client data, deal stages, and progress in CRM.
  • Share weekly and monthly reports on pipeline health, closed deals, and upcoming opportunities
