Prockured is transforming hospitality procurement by simplifying sourcing for chain restaurants, standalone restaurants, hotels, and cloud kitchens. We provide seamless, tech-driven procurement solutions to help businesses streamline their supply chain and focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences. As we expand our reach, we're looking for a B2B Sales Executive with experience in the hospitality industry to drive growth, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals. Sales & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including chain restaurants, QSRs, standalone restaurants, and hotels to pitch Prockured's procurement solutions. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement heads. Lead Generation & Conversion: Develop a pipeline of new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals. Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and offer customized procurement solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Negotiation & Closure: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets. Market Research & Insights: Stay updated on hospitality industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities. Post-Sales Coordination: Ensure smooth onboarding and coordination with operations and procurement teams for timely order fulfillment. Who You Are: Experience: 0-3 years in B2B sales, preferably in hospitality, food service, or procurement. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of restaurant operations, supply chain needs, and vendor management. Sales-Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to engage decision-makers and close deals effectively. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, sales tracking software, and digital communication for client management. Self-Motivated: Takes initiative, works independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role. Preferred Background: Experience working with restaurant chains, QSRs, or food service brands is a plus.
