B2B Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive in our company, you will be responsible for promoting the sale of products from well-known multinational companies to our customers in the assigned territory. Your role will involve traveling extensively to meet clients, source new potential customers, and maintain strong relationships with existing ones. Key Responsibilities: - Promote the products effectively by demonstrating their technical features and benefits through trials. - Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and statutory requirements to achieve sales objectives. - Prepare and send quotations, product-related documents, and follow up on orders. - Develop sales plans and collection plans aligned with monthly and annual budgets. - Communicate daily with the reporting authority through call reports to enhance performance. - Provide forecasts for products needed to be sold. - Negotiate and close deals, as well as handle customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. - Achieve sales and collection targets set for the territory. Qualifications Required: - Experience: Preferably 1 to 3 years in the relevant industry, but variations can be accommodated based on salary package. - Academic: B.Sc in Food Science/Dairy Science/Food Chemistry or B.Tech in Food Technology/Dairy Technology, Food Processing, or related fields. Candidates with an MBA in Sales & Marketing have an added advantage. - Language: Proficiency in English is required. - Education: Bachelor's degree is required. - Experience: 1 year of B2B sales and 1 year in Food Ingredients is required. - Willingness to travel: 75% travel is required for this role. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, and the job location is in person.
