About Us:

We are a fast-growing company looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Marketing Manager to join our team in Singapore. Our company specializes in providing innovative solutions to businesses, and we are looking for a talented marketing professional to develop and execute impactful strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and accelerate our growth in the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

    Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with the company's business goals.
  • Lead Generation:

    Drive lead generation campaigns through multiple channels including email, content marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Content Creation & Management:

    Create engaging content (white papers, case studies, blogs, videos, etc.) tailored for B2B audiences to establish thought leadership and nurture prospects.
  • Digital Marketing:

    Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns to improve online visibility and lead conversion rates.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and competitive landscape to tailor marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Execution:

    Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and delivering measurable results.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and customer needs.
  • Event Management:

    Plan and execute B2B events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences to engage prospects and customers.
  • Data-Driven Decisions:

    Use analytics and data insights to track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Brand Awareness:

    Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, preferably in the tech, SaaS, or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to create compelling content for B2B audiences.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced certifications in B2B marketing or digital marketing are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the Singapore market and understanding of local B2B trends and customer behavior.
  • Experience working in a multicultural, international environment.
