AWS DevOps Engineer

DevOps engineer -- Certification on AWS architect Associate or Professional

Hyderabad – Onsite(5days)

Fulltime on our payroll.

Should have at least 8-10 years of experience. This will be 100% Onsite role at Cygnus HYD office. The candidate has to come to office on all the 5 days in a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Management:

Designing, implementing, and maintaining continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline, or similar.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

Managing and automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform.

• Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Provisioning, configuring, and managing AWS resources, including EC2, S3, databases, networking, and security groups.

• Automation:

Automating repetitive tasks related to deployments, infrastructure management, and monitoring using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

• Monitoring and Alerting:

Implementing monitoring solutions (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus) to track application performance, identify issues, and set up alerts for proactive problem resolution.

• Security and Compliance:

Ensuring the security of cloud infrastructure by implementing best practices, managing access controls, and automating compliance checks.

• Collaboration:

Working closely with development, QA, and other teams to streamline workflows, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth application deployments.

• Troubleshooting:

Diagnosing and resolving complex issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.

• Performance Optimization:

Analysing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing optimizations to improve efficiency and scalability.

• Staying Current:

Keeping up to date with the latest AWS services, DevOps best practices, and industry trends.

• Documentation:

Creating and maintaining documentation for infrastructure, deployments, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

• AWS Expertise: Strong knowledge of various AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.).
• Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud computing concepts, including virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
• DevOps Tools: Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, AWS Code Pipeline), configuration management tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Automation: Ability to automate infrastructure provisioning, deployments, and other operational tasks.
• Networking: Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing).
• Security: Knowledge of security best practices in the cloud, including access control, encryption, and compliance.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• System Administration: Experience with system administration tasks, including server management, patching, and monitoring.

Also need expertise in Linux and windows OS level

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹388,816.07 - ₹1,558,485.69 per year
