Total Exp Required 8 to 10 years Relevant Exp required- 5 to 6 years Work Location Any location in offshore Mandatory skills required- Tosca Good to have skills required- Testing Automation Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Tosca Automation Engineer with strong expertise in test automation using Tricentis Tosca. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in automating web and desktop applications, along with a solid understanding of Tosca concepts. Experience in trading platforms and wealth management applications is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute Tosca automation scripts for web and desktop-based applications. Design and implement robust automation frameworks for complex applications, including trading and wealth management platforms. Work on Vision AI automation in Tosca for financial applications. Handle complex desktop automation challenges, including custom controls, dynamic UI elements, and synchronization issues. Conduct regression testing to ensure application stability after new releases. Debug, analyze, and resolve automation failures to maintain test script reliability. Perform end-to-end testing, ensuring high software quality and performance. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customers to understand testing requirements and ensure proper test coverage. Prepare and present Daily Status Reports (DSR), Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports on test progress and automation efficiency. Optimize test execution processes to improve speed and efficiency. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers. Key Skills & Experience Required: Strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca, including TCD (Test Case Design), TDM (Test Data Management), and Execution Lists. Experience in automating trading platforms and wealth management applications (preferred). Hands-on experience in automating web and desktop applications. Experience with Vision AI concepts in Tosca. Regression testing experience, ensuring stability after application updates. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills for failed test cases and script execution. Familiarity with CI/CD integration and test automation best practices. Knowledge of agile methodologies and working in an Agile environment. Strong communication skills, with experience in customer and stakeholder management. Experience in reporting and documentation, including DSR, Weekly Reports, and Monthly Reports. Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Tosca automation. Experience with scripting languages like VBScript, JavaScript, or Python for custom automation solutions. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of financial, trading, or wealth management platforms (a plus).
