expertise. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced executive of Sales to lead our sales
team and drive our growth strategy.
Position Summary: The leader of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales
department, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales
targets. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate
sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining client
relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
o Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall
business objectives.
o Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
o Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies
accordingly.
Leadership and Management:
o Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective
sales goals.
o Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on high performance and
professional development.
o Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and
knowledge of the sales team.
Sales Operations:
o Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in
place.
o Establish and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or
exceeded.
o Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Client Relations:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and
stakeholders.
o Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all stages of the sales process.
o Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior
leadership role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
