EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

MBA / PG from a reputed institute.

WORK EXPERIENCE

14 to 20 years experience in a direct sale & marketing role with organizations across industries. Prior Real Estate work experience preferred but not mandatory.

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who has worked with well-known organizations, with proven track record in a highly competitive market. Should possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to motivate a large team to deliver challenging targets in a tough environment.

  • Oriented to lead large teams & responsible for achieving large revenue targets
  • Experience of having led sales closures including face to face negotiations for high value transactions (INR 2 Crs & above)
  • Experience of managing communication with Corporate Leadership.
  • Ability & demonstrated past experience in forging professional network.
  • Experience of having led BTL activations for HNI clients
  • Experience of having collaborated with luxury brands across other industries.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for achievement of the companys annual sales & marketing goals for all its real estate projects at Pune.
  • Develop a Sales & Marketing strategy for the market that ensures attainment of Regions sales Goals and Profitability.
  • Develop an aggressive sales action plan for new client acquisition to achieve monthly & annual sales targets.
  • Supervise, train, and manage the performance of sales & marketing team while ensuring that proper sales & marketing protocols are being followed.
  • Maintain business relationships with existing customers / Channel Partners / HNIs to Source potential leads.
  • Review and analyze sales performance against plans to determine effectiveness
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Conduct competition analysis in the Luxury segment on a regular basis and develop appropriate strategies to mitigate competition.
