Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:
Define and execute the sales strategy to drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts, especially in emerging tech domains
like AR/VR, AI, Mobile Apps, and Blockchain.
Client Acquisition & Expansion:
Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with CXOs, and expanding existing accounts.
Proposal Oversight:
Guide the team in preparing comprehensive proposals. Lead strategic walkthroughs with clients covering scope, budgets, timelines, and delivery models.
High-Stakes Negotiation:
Lead complex contract negotiations and pricing discussions while ensuring alignment with business goals and profit margins.
Market Intelligence:
Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and customer demands to shape go-to-market strategies.
CRM Oversight:
Ensure disciplined pipeline tracking, forecasting accuracy, and performance reporting via CRM tools.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and enhance client experience.

Requirements:

Experience:

5+ years in B2B IT sales
with a strong record in enterprise deal-making and revenue ownership. Minimum 2 years in a leadership capacity.
Sales Expertise:
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
Industry Knowledge:
Proven experience selling AR/VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, or digital transformation solutions.
Leadership:
Demonstrated ability to lead sales teams, drive KPIs, and mentor talent.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
