You will be responsible for revenue generation by acquiring new clients and maximizing existing agency and client relationships to meet regional/category budgets. Your role will involve generating ideas, implementing tactical strategies, and ensuring optimal asset occupation and geographical penetration. You should have hands-on experience in brand planning, prospecting, and business development. It is essential to strategize consultative selling practices by gathering customer insights and proposing impactful solutions using various company offerings. Collaborating and expanding the partner ecosystem through continuous market mapping will also be crucial for overall business growth and profitability. Your focus will be on managing and enhancing relationships within the assigned category, ensuring excellence in execution and delivery. You will need to develop innovative category-specific strategies to expand the company's footprint and maximize business opportunities while consistently growing market share, optimizing yield, and ensuring long-term sustainability. Providing exceptional service to clients by meeting their needs and suggesting innovations or new assets will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have an MBA degree and extensive experience (typically 12+ years) in enterprise sales management or a similar role. Proven expertise in acquiring and managing large corporate clients is essential. Strong networking capabilities with established relationships across agencies, corporate clients, and industry leaders are required. You should possess exceptional abilities to meet revenue goals in a competitive, target-driven environment. Being analytical and data-driven, with a talent for leveraging insights to drive impactful sales strategies, will be advantageous for success in this role.,
