AVP - Sales

As an Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales at Monkhub Innovations, a Digital Innovation Company based in Gurgaon, India, your primary responsibility will be to lead the strategic sales efforts to drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts. With over 8 years of experience in emerging technologies such as Blockchain, AI, E-commerce, Metaverses, Game Development, AR/VR, Mobile & Web Applications, Monkhub specializes in creating scalable solutions that disrupt traditional business models. Your key responsibilities will include defining and executing the sales strategy, client acquisition and expansion, overseeing proposal development, leading negotiations, monitoring market intelligence, and ensuring CRM oversight. You will collaborate closely with delivery, product, and marketing teams to tailor solutions and enhance client experience. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in B2B IT sales with a strong record in enterprise deal-making and revenue ownership. Additionally, you should possess strong consultative selling, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Experience in selling AR/VR, AI/ML, Blockchain, or digital transformation solutions will be an advantage. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity is required, along with a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
