Role Overview:

AVP – Product will define and deliver scalable SaaS-based fintech product strategies. You'll work with cross-functional teams to build robust platformsfor embedded finance,payments, and vendor workflows. This role demands a strategic thinker passionate about product innovation, grounded in data, and focused on user-first design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy & Vision

Create long-term vision and prioritize a roadmap for fintech SaaS products in areas like embedded finance, part of Easebuzz’s broader “Financial Operating System” mission

• Lifecycle Management

Lead product lifecyclefrom ideation to development and launch. Align with engineering, design, compliance, operations, and GTM teams

• Product Leadership

Oversee product development of fintech SaaS products,, ensuringexcellence in technical design and partner integrations

• Stakeholder Management

Collaborate across departments; engage with seniorleadership, regulators, and external partners to align strategy and execution

• Insights & Data Leadership

Leverage structured and unstructured data to defineproduct metrics, measureimpact, and iterate fast

• Compliance Oversight

Ensure that productsmeet RBI regulations, NPCI guidelines, and uphold security standards

• Team Leadership & Mentoring

Build, guide, and inspire a high-performing team focused on delivering scalableSaaS products. Foster an innovative, agileculture aligned with Easebuzz’s growth and IPO ambition

What You Should Bring

• Experience:

  4+ yearsin product management within fintech, especially SaaS or embedded finance verticals

• Technical Depth:

  Strong expertise in SaaS productecosystems, APIs, and payment infrastructure

• Analytical Acumen:

  Deep comfort with data and analytics to guide productdecisions and optimize performance

• Regulatory Knowledge:

  Familiarity with Indian fintechregulations, payments compliance, and licensing requirements

• Leadership:

  Proven experience leading cross-functional teamsin fast-moving environments

• Education:

  Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus
