AVP - IB Reg Readiness & Outreach

As an Assistant Vice President - IB Reg Readiness & Outreach based out of Noida, you will be responsible for client service and operational execution tasks, ensuring risk control and compliance with regulations. Your role includes supporting Wholesale Onboarding with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution. **Role Overview:** In this role, you will be a specialist member of the team providing technical KYC support, managing a high-performing KYC team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will support the Head of KYC in embedding a strong control framework and a culture of risk awareness. Your responsibilities will also include providing training and coaching in KYC methodology, building effective relationships with key stakeholders, and communicating with senior management to promote key objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide technical KYC support and ensure due diligence is completed as per guidelines - Lead and motivate the KYC team to maintain high standards and quality - Build relationships with key stakeholders to champion policy changes - Collaborate with KYC management on AML policy interpretation - Provide training and coaching support in KYC methodology - Maintain effective relationships across the business - Communicate with senior management to promote key objectives - Drive high performance in individuals and the team - Invest in recruitment, training, and motivation of the team **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in a similar role with a focus on risk and controls, change management, and business acumen - Strong understanding of KYC procedures and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team for success - Experience in collaborating with stakeholders across different functions As an AVP, you are expected to advise and influence decision-making, lead a team to deliver impactful work, and collaborate closely with other functions. You will be responsible for managing risk, strengthening controls, and contributing to policy development.
