Job Description

Workshop Operations & Management Oversee complete service operations including job card flow, technician productivity, quality control, and service delivery timelines. Monitor workshop capacity utilization and resource planning. Ensure adherence to Tata Motors SOPs, guidelines, and audit requirements. Team Leadership & HR Manage a team of Service Advisors, Technicians, Spare Parts, Warranty Executives, and Support Staff. Define roles, set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure training as per OEM requirements. Sales, CRM & Revenue Drive service sales through repeat business, AMC/FMS tie-ups, and customer engagement strategies. Identify new revenue opportunities in spares, labor upselling, value-added services, and fleet business. 💬 Customer Relations & SatisfactionHandle key customer accounts, resolve escalations, and ensure NPS (Net Promoter Score) is maintained as per brand standards. Oversee timely delivery, accurate billing, and post-service follow-ups. Inventory, Finance & Reporting Manage spare parts inventory levels, minimize wastage, and control operational costs. Maintain regular reporting (MIS), profitability tracking, and budget planning. Coordinate with finance/accounting for vendor payments and billing reconciliation. Liaison with Tata Motors Coordinate with Tata Motors for warranty claims, policy updates, technical support, training programs, and audits. Ensure data reporting and feedback sharing with the OEM portal (e.g., CRM-DMS systems).
