Audit Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits for clients across various sectors.
• Perform financial analysis and verification of accounting records, transactions, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST).
• Prepare audit documentation, working papers, and audit reports in line with professional standards.
• Interact with clients for information gathering, clarifications, and coordination during audits.
• Support senior auditors and managers in completing assignments within deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting and auditing standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / Mcom / BMS).
• CA Inter is preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in audit, assurance, or related domains.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and audit practices.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software.
• Good communication, analytical, and time management skills.
• Willingness to work from the Churchgate office (onsite).
