Audit Manager

• Analysis of MIS Reports before initiating Audit and sharing the logic of Audit.

• Develop and execute the internal audit plan as per the approved guidelines.

• Oversee audits across assigned regions to ensure timely and effective completion.

• Prepare and issue timely internal audit reports.

• Identify high-risk areas and escalate critical issues to management with suggested mitigation measures.

• Train, guide, and mentor the internal audit team for optimal performance.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Conduct surprise branch audits and lead unplanned special assignments as needed.

• Analyze audit findings and recommend improvements to mitigate risks.

• Collaborate with operations to address policy deviations and enhance processes.

• Ensure adherence to QAIP standards with a focus on achieving quality benchmarks.

• Conduct reviews to maintain compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular appraisals for team members.

• Consolidate MIS data and present actionable insights to senior management.

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.

• Designing Policy / Process / Format as per organisation requirement

• Monthly Power point Presentation to concern Stake Holders

• Possess a thorough understanding of RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements related to Microfinance and MSME businesses.

• Ensure audits are conducted in compliance with these regulatory frameworks.
