Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented professional to lead audits, financial reporting, and tax compliance functions.
The role involves managing audit teams, ensuring compliance with accounting and tax regulations, and contributing to process improvements across finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and finalize financial statements, including consolidated and cash flow statements, in compliance with Companies Act, 2013.
Oversee tax audits, GST compliance and income tax filings for corporate and non-corporate clients.
Ensure accurate documentation of internal controls, walkthroughs, and test of controls.
Guide and mentor junior audit staff
Liaise with cross-functional departments and external stakeholders to drive audit and compliance efficiency.
Supervise MIS reporting and assist in financial planning and tax advisory assignments.

Qualification & Technical Skills:

Proficient in Tally ERP, Tally Prime and MS Office
Chartered Accountant preferred.
3-4 years post articleship Exp , Max 8 years.
