Role & responsibilities Installation & Setup: Install and configure CCTV cameras, recording systems, and monitoring stations for optimal security coverage . Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and upgrade firmware/software as required. Networking & Remote Access: Integrate CCTV systems with network infrastructure and enable secure remote monitoring. VMS & Access Control: Work with Video Management Software (VMS) like Pelco Xpert, Milestone, and others. Configure and troubleshoot access control systems. Security & Compliance: Ensure system security and follow industry compliance standards to prevent unauthorized access. Documentation & Training: Maintain installation records and train users on system operations. Emergency Support: Provide on-call technical support during security incidents and assist law enforcement when required Preferred candidate profile Experience: 2+ years in CCTV installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance . Technical Skills: knowledge of VMS platforms (Pelco Xpert, Milestone, etc.) and access control systems. Networking Knowledge: Familiarity with IP cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and remote access configurations . Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users. Work Commitment: Willingness to work on-site and provide emergency support when needed.
