Need An Audit Executive with Who are Interest to Join the for Asian Institute of Nephrology and Urology, HITEC City Branch Key Responsibilities: Financial Audits: Conduct detailed audits of hospital financial records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with relevant standards, laws, and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP, healthcare-specific regulations). Review financial statements, accounts, and transactions for inconsistencies, discrepancies, or errors. Internal Controls Evaluation: Assess the hospital’s internal control systems to prevent fraud, misuse of resources, or misreporting of financial data. Ensure that controls are adequate and functional, recommending improvements where necessary. Compliance Checks: Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, such as those governed by Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and other relevant authorities. Verify that all clinical and administrative operations follow regulatory guidelines. Risk Assessment: Identify financial and operational risks related to hospital operations and propose solutions or mitigation strategies. Evaluate the effectiveness of risk management systems. Operational Audits: Conduct audits of operational areas such as patient billing, procurement, inventory, and payroll. Identify inefficiencies, errors, or fraud and recommend corrective actions. Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and action plans. Present audit results to senior management, providing insights into potential financial or operational issues. Audit Planning: Assist in the development of the annual audit plan, including prioritizing areas to be audited based on risk assessments. Conduct pre-audit preparations and data gathering for audits. Collaboration: Work closely with finance teams, healthcare professionals, and department heads to understand their processes and operations. Support management in implementing audit recommendations and tracking improvements. Ad-hoc Audits and Investigations: Investigate any specific areas of concern, including suspicious activities or fraud allegations. Perform special audits as requested by senior management or regulatory bodies.
