Job Description

A hospitality Sales Executive generates revenue by selling rooms, facilities, and services to various clients (corporate, leisure, groups). They build relationships, conduct sales calls, prepare proposals, and follow up on leads. They also manage existing accounts, track performance, and strive to meet or exceed sales targets. Sales and Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales calls, site inspections, and client presentations. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Preparing and delivering compelling sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and securing bookings. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring sales performance, tracking leads, and generating reports. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments like marketing, reservations, and operations to ensure smooth guest experiences. Industry Knowledge and Research: Staying updated on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
