Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and manage the hospital’s IT infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and secure operation of technology services, align IT with hospital goals, and uphold healthcare compliance standards like HIPAA. Key Responsibilities: Manage hospital IT systems, servers, networks, and medical technologies. Ensure cybersecurity and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Lead IT projects including software implementation and infrastructure upgrades. Oversee IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement. Provide training and support to staff on IT tools and systems. Supervise and guide IT team members. Develop IT policies and disaster recovery plans. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of IT experience (healthcare experience preferred). Strong knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and cybersecurity. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
