Job Description: We're looking for a skilled and passionate AV Engineer with hands-on experience in designing, installing, and troubleshooting audio-visual systems. The ideal candidate should be technically sound, solution-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and with on-site teams. Location: On-site Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Key Responsibilities: Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of AV equipment including microphones, speakers, amplifiers, projectors, displays, and video conferencing systems from various OEMs. Work with AV control systems to automate and manage complex setups. Understand and apply signal processing techniques such as equalization, compression, and noise reduction. Program, calibrate, and fine-tune DSP systems (BSS, Biamp, Bose, NST Audio, Marani, etc.). Troubleshoot AV equipment issues and ensure system stability and performance. Manage AV projects including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and timely delivery. Ensure safety protocols and electrical rigging standards are followed during installation. Integrate AV systems with IT infrastructure and support network setup (TCP/IP, Ethernet). Create and interpret audio/video signal flow diagrams and schematics. Guide and supervise on-site technicians for speaker/display placement, connections, and final commissioning.
