Business Development Manager (Hospitality background)

Role Summary We are seeking a well-presented, client-focused individual with a strong background in hospitality or customer-facing roles to join our team as a Business Development Manager. Your ability to connect with people, build lasting relationships, and represent the brand with polish will be central to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, architects, and industry partners. Conduct outreach via calls, field visits, and emails to generate qualified leads. Present our offerings in a way that’s both business-savvy and client-friendly. Schedule and coordinate meetings for Directors with high-potential clients. Regularly follow up with leads. Support in organizing boutique events, demos, or experience zones for client engagement. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth transition from sales to execution. Manage documentation — including POs, sales orders. Submit weekly sales and activity reports. Qualifications Preferred Profile Background in hospitality, luxury retail, customer service, or any client-facing role. Excellent grooming and presentation standards. Naturally outgoing, confident, and relationship-oriented. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage timelines effectively. Interest in design, luxury technology, interiors, or automation is a plus. Prior experience in tech, AV, or real estate sales is an advantage — not mandatory.
