Role Overview As a talent acquisition executive, you will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with talented middle management and executive level in order to match the talents of those professionals with our open searches. Manage the recruiting process from initial client contact to execution of the completed search. Key Responsibilities The TA Specialist tracks and maintains active pipeline of candidates. Focused searches through a variety of channels, including internal ATS, external job boards, user groups, niche sites, networking sites, etc. Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications. Attract applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters and also by using newsgroups and job sites. Assess applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, arranging travel, lodging and meals, escorting applicant to interviews and arranging community tours. Partnering closely with a variety of hiring managers and HR Business Partners to achieve success in filling key positions. Tracks and maintains metrics as needed. Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team Functional Recruiting and interviewing skills Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS) Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) Proven ability to develop and document a candidate search strategy and follow that strategy through to results. Familiarity with relevant employment Law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups. Strong decision-making ability- Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities; compares data from different sources to draw conclusions. Strong negotiation skills, with proven ability to pitch through. Strong knowledge of general HR procedures and policies Workforce Diversity Management Analytical Skills Excellent organizational and planning skills Language skills English / Regional / Vernacular Behavioural Values Integrity , Respect Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Interpersonal effectiveness Self-driven Action Oriented Executive presence Education and Experience Graduate/Post Graduation in any specialization (MBA-HR from reputed institute will add advantage) A minimum of 3 year experience in handling HR recruiter role
