As a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter at Accelyst, you will play a key role in supporting the full recruitment life cycle for IT consultants in the US staffing industry. Your responsibilities will involve driving bench sales processes, building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, sourcing and marketing consultants, conducting end-to-end recruitment activities, and ensuring high-quality candidate delivery and client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding consultants. To excel in this role, you should possess proven experience in Bench Sales and US IT Recruitment, a strong network of Direct Clients/VMS relationships, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment will be essential in meeting and exceeding key recruitment KPIs and ensuring successful placements for IT consultants.
