The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing IT professionals, with a specific focus on bench sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients and consultants. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Recruitment and Hiring Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding Strong vendor contacts. Ability to make 1 placement per month. Experience in marketing H1-B and OPT candidates for C2C roles. Strong skills in Account Management and developing client relationships Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently in a remote environment Experience with IT staffing or consultancy industries is highly beneficial Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
