Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Bench Sales Recruiter. The Senior Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing IT professionals, with a specific focus on bench sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential candidates, managing the full recruitment cycle, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing accounts, and ensuring effective communication with clients and consultants.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Recruitment and Hiring
• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong vendor contacts.
• Ability to make 1 placement per month.
• Experience in marketing H1-B and OPT candidates for C2C roles.
• Strong skills in Account Management and developing client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience with IT staffing or consultancy industries is highly beneficial
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
