Senior Bench Sales Recruiter

As a Bench Sales Specialist, your role involves driving sales performance and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. You will be responsible for managing various candidates such as OPTs, Green Card holders, Citizens, and H1B Transfers. Additionally, you will negotiate compensation packages, source referrals, and provide market insights on US work authorizations.
