Key Responsibilities

• Market OPT, CPT, H1B, H4-EAD, GC, and USC consultants across multiple technologies (Java, .NET, Python, SAP, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, BA, PM, etc.).
• Leverage

  existing vendor, implementation partner, and direct client relationships

  to generate quality job opportunities.
• Ensure

  daily submissions and daily interview calls

  , especially from direct clients.
• Achieve fast turnaround: interviews with direct clients on daily basis and placements

  within 30-60 days

  .
• Perform full-cycle bench sales: sourcing requirements, submissions, follow-ups, interviews, onboarding, and closures.
• Edit and brand resumes professionally using AI tools (Chat GPT, Skill Syncer, ORO.ai, etc.).
• Post weekly hotlists on LinkedIn and send mass emails to vendor networks.
• Maintain updated consultant, client, and vendor records in ATS (CEIPAL preferred).

Required Skills

• 4 to 9 years of strong US IT Bench Sales experience (mandatory).

• Must have proven direct client and vendor connections

  with a history of generating requirements.
• Must be capable of getting

  daily interview calls

  for bench consultants.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
• Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of US IT technologies, market trends, and work authorizations.
