Digital Marketing Consultant Next Gen Software Solutions

Next Gen Software Solutions is a dynamic and innovative organization focused on leveraging the power of digital marketing to drive business growth. We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Consultant to develop and implement strategies that elevate our online presence and generate measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Analyze business goals and develop tailored digital marketing strategies. Identify target audiences and create customer personas to inform campaign planning across web, search, email, and social (including LinkedIn and Instagram).
  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels including search (SEO/SEM), social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X), email marketing, and content marketing. Optimize campaign performance using analytics and data-driven insights.
  • LinkedIn Marketing: Build and execute LinkedIn content calendars for company pages and executives, including thought leadership, employee advocacy, and LinkedIn Articles/Newsletters. Manage LinkedIn Campaign Manager for lead gen forms, Sponsored Content, Message Ads, and retargeting; optimize for CPL and MQL quality.
  • Instagram Marketing: Develop and manage Instagram strategies including Reels, Stories, carousels, and Live sessions to grow followers and engagement. Implement hashtag strategy, creator/influencer collaborations, UGC programs, and Instagram Shopping (if applicable), leveraging Instagram Insights for continuous optimization.
  • AI-Driven Digital Marketing Automation: Implement AI-powered tools to automate tasks such as lead generation, email marketing, social media management, and social listening. Use AI-driven platforms for predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing. Develop workflows and automations to streamline repetitive marketing tasks, improving efficiency and scalability.
  • Content Creation and AI Integration: Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, channel-specific content, leveraging AI tools for content generation, optimization, and trend analysis. Oversee website and blog content updates with an emphasis on SEO and user engagement using AI-based content analysis tools. Tailor assets and copy for LinkedIn and Instagram best practices.
  • Performance Analysis and AI Insights: Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, LinkedIn Analytics, and Instagram Insights. Leverage AI tools for advanced analytics, sentiment analysis, social listening, and real-time insights to refine campaigns. Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations based on AI-generated data.
  • Client Consultation: Act as a primary point of contact for providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Educate stakeholders on the benefits of AI-driven digital marketing solutions and emerging trends in automation, as well as platform-specific best practices for LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, AI advancements, social platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities. Identify opportunities to incorporate AI in innovative ways across marketing tactics and channels, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Instagram Ads. Use AI platforms to automate bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad performance analysis, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and creative testing for LinkedIn and Instagram placements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 23 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a consultancy role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies across search, email, and social, including LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Skills: Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing (LinkedIn and Instagram), and email marketing. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Instagram Insights, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo). Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper.ai, Hootsuite Insights, Adzooma, or similar. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for actionable insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
  • Preferred: Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, LinkedIn Marketing, or similar platforms. Experience with AI marketing platforms and automation tools. Knowledge of CRM tools and website CMS platforms like WordPress. Experience with influencer/creator programs and UGC on Instagram.
