Digital Marketing Executive


🔹 Key Responsibilities


Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
  • Drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through digital channels.


SEO & Website Management

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics & Search Console.
  • Improve website rankings, organic traffic, and overall visibility.


Paid Advertising (PPC)

  • Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Optimize ad performance, CTR, CPC, and ROI through continuous A/B testing.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively.


Social Media & Content

  • Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms.
  • Run paid and organic campaigns to increase engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives.


Email Marketing & Automation

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
  • Segment audiences and improve open rates, CTR, and conversions.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and best practices.


🔹 Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, GA4, Meta Business Manager, and email tools.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, Canva, and CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting & presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and creative thinking abilities.


🔹 Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Media, Business, or related field.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Analytics, HubSpot, or Meta Ads (good to have).
  • Experience in B2B or agency environments is an added advantage.
